dep junta...in Mudgao station during Goa trip

....got a mail from Prem Shankar(one of my dep-mates in in IIT Kgp) today....just can't stop marvelling at his poetic talent. Though this would not make much sense to people outside the Dept of Ocean Engg and Naval Architecture but those who have attended the classes of the profs he is talking about would get the point.

Woh Sattu ki lab mein, Vacuum Cleaner chalaana
Wo Bhar ki class mein, peeche baith kar sustaana

Absent hone pe dena Medical ka bahaana
Kahan gaya woh copy paste ka zamaana?

Aaj badi dhoom hai, laga hai un yaadon ka mela
Unki bheerh mein khoya hoon, fir bhi hoon kitna akela

Zindagi badi khaali hai unke bin
Kaash laut aate wo guzre hue din
