Gaurav Mukherjee

gaurav mukherjee Got practically nothing to write. So put this idiot up there and scribbled this.

bizzare Ganguly

Sourav Ganguly wrote this in Times of India after Laxman scored that 275 at Eden Gardens. Read on:
" I normally skip shaving on a match day. Today, when Dravid and Laxman went out to bat I was sitting bare-chested with a towel around me. I remained that way for almost the entire day so that neither of the guys in the middle got out! "
...well..well..well...what i wonder after reading this is:
where was the towel draped around??? was it above the belt or was it trying to cover up for the skipper's lack of /*under*/garments which he had given to some dhobi at Gonga nodi's ghaaT!?

Swades

Have u caught the Swades music? ...no?!!!! then go to www.raaga.com asap. A.R. Rehman is in full form. There is not an iota of doubt that the guy is a genius. Some people accuse him of being repetative & cast aspersions on his talent . Well...then compare him to his contemporaries. Just see what Anu Malik did to Asoka. Asoka music was good...no doubt.. but it DID NOT have the period feel to it. Lagaan had. Swades though is not a period film. It is set in todays times right from an Indian village to NASA( wonder which IIT ShahRukh graduated from to go to NASA)...and the village songs do have an earthy touch. My favourite is Pal Pal hai Bhari. U enjoy the song more if u have a look at it's setting. Click here for the Ramleela pic from Swades.
NB: Did u know that the voiceover for Ravan in this song has been done by director Ashutosh Gowarikar!
